Weekly Meal Plan

This week I have in the house a huge watermelon, 6 pounds of oranges and 10 pounds of apples, so I'll add them to our meals. I also have a 5 pound bag of frozen green beans and a 10 pound bag of fresh carrots (yay Costco) so we'll be eating a lot of those, too. I also bought 5 dozen eggs at Costco, so if you see a lot of egg dishes, you know why.

Pizza Pockets
Chicken and biscuits

Monday
Eggs and toast
Peanut butter and jelly
Lasagna casserole, bread

Tuesday
Oatmeal
Bean and cheese burritos (with homemade refried beans)
Chicken cacciatore, bread, salad

Wednesday
Cold cereal
Grilled cheese
Broccoli and chicken braid

Thursday
Egg Casserole
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetable soup, bread bowls

Friday
Pancakes
Ham and cheese quesadillas
Hamburgers and french fries

Saturday
Waffles
Leftovers
Ham and egg casserole
